About the Show
The London & Country Property Show is an annual event held in Chelsea Old Town Hall, set up to give you the opportunity to meet face to face with leading estate agents from both in and outside of London. Whether you are looking to move out of London or within the capital, our agents are on hand to offer advice and discuss your options when it comes to buying and selling, renting or investing. With properties ranging from Country Estates to ‘chocolate box’ cottages, bedsits to large London family homes, and expert knowledge on the local area and schools the exhibitors are the perfect guides through the process of buying or selling properties.
A comment from The London Office
The London & Country Property Show is a TLO (The London Office) event, giving access to the expertise of TLO agents across Europe. Bob Bickersteth, Director of The London Office comments: “We will be hosting the Sixteenth London & Country Property Show in Central London next Spring". The show is for those who are inquisitive about moving away from London, investing in property in and outside the capital or simply for people looking for a different lifestyle. We have noticed the interest in both London and country properties have increased. Partners from the country offices and London, will be available to answer questions relating to specific properties and to provide balanced advise on local schools, sporting facilities, rental income, commuting times, pubs, etc. We expect good attendance especially as the exodus from London continues.
About The London Office
Based in the heart of central London, it is our aim to assume the role of the London marketing arm for our country agents, enabling clients to have the best provincial representation with full national and international marketing. Our street level offices, with large window displays, on St James's Place, ideally located to place properties in front of both national and international buyers. Using the experience of qualified personnel, we are able to give objective advice on regions, properties, schools and travel times to visitors.

The strength of a dynamic affiliated network should not be underestimated. Many of our members have been part of the network since its inception and as a result there is a close working partnership between the different members and offices. Many of the partners have previously worked for large national firms and have taken that experience to their local area to provide a professional and personalised service. They are very conscious that you cannot trade on reputation alone. In this ever-changing industry, it is essential to be proactive, embracing modern technology alongside traditional methods, to ensure the client receives the best service.
